Completed a LanguageBird course for credit? Request your official transcript to send to your high school, college, or university. We use Parchment for secure electronic and mail delivery.

How to Request Your Official Transcript

Visit Parchment

Access your transcript request portal on Parchment by clicking the button below.

Create or Log In to Your Account

If you haven't used Parchment before, you'll create an account. If you have, simply log in.

Select Your Destination

Enter the school, college, or organization where you want your transcript sent. You can send to multiple destinations.

Submit and Pay

Complete your request and pay the transcript fee. Parchment will process and deliver your transcript.

Send Transcript to a High School, College, or University: Delivery Options

  • Electronic delivery: Fastest option. Transcripts sent securely to schools and colleges that accept electronic transcripts.
  • Mail delivery: Physical transcripts sent via US Mail for institutions that require paper copies.

Transcript fees are set by Parchment and vary by delivery method. Fees are displayed during the request process.

Important Information

Processing Time

Most transcripts are processed within 3-5 business days, though processing may take longer during peak application periods. Electronic delivery is typically faster than mail.

CEEB Code

LanguageBird does not have a CEEB code because we specialize in world language studies and do not offer a full high school diploma. For SRAR applications, use code 059999.

Note: This code does not work on the Common Application.

Transcript FAQs

Parchment and Technical Support

This is a normal status while the order is pending and being processed.

Transcripts are not automatically updated after a new course completion. To receive an updated transcript, a new request must be placed through Parchment.

Yes. If your school does not appear, select “I am sending to myself or another individual” and manually enter the recipient’s information.

Transcript Content and Timing

Yes. Transcripts include grades for all for-credit LanguageBird courses a student has completed.

You may order a transcript at any time. Courses still in progress will be listed as “IP” (In Progress) until completed.

Courses are listed based on the school year in which the final lesson was completed. LanguageBird’s academic year runs from September 1 through August 31.

Credits, Colleges, and Applications

Each completed semester course is listed as 5.0 credit units on a LanguageBird transcript. A full year (two semesters) totals 10.0 units. LanguageBird is not a diploma-granting institution; therefore, individual schools may convert credits differently within their own grading systems. Inquire directly with your school.

Yes. When placing your request on Parchment, select “UC Application” as the recipient and have your UC application ID available.

Yes. Parchment supports both domestic and international transcript delivery.

Eligibility and Transcript Holds

No. Transcripts are issued only for LanguageBird credit-bearing programs. Non-credit offerings do not need transcripts.

Transcript requests are placed on hold when there are unpaid absences. To resolve this, submit a Help Center ticket or email registrar@languagebird.com to request a payment link.
