Chirp Room® Chat Rooms give students space to practice speaking with other learners while a native-level instructor guides the conversation. It’s the perfect complement to one-to-one lessons or classroom study.
How Group Language Practice Works in Chirp Room® Chat Rooms
Small groups of language learners meet in a live video session moderated by a LanguageBird instructor.
Students practice speaking, listening to peers at similar levels, and building confidence in a supportive environment.

What to Expect
- Introductions and greetings
- Discussion topics may include real-life scenarios like ordering at a restaurant, giving directions, or talking about interests
- Instructors may also incorporate interactive games to reinforce learning
- Learners are encouraged to bring topics and questions they want to explore
- A fun, supportive environment
