Kimberly Cox brings more than 20 years of experience supporting learners and families across a wide range of educational settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication and Human Relations from Western Illinois University and combines her expertise with a thoughtful, learner-centered approach.
Since joining LanguageBird in 2023, she has supported learners and families throughout the language-learning journey. Her work includes guiding students through onboarding, answering questions about curriculum frameworks and proficiency levels, addressing individualized learning needs, and providing ongoing course support. She is especially committed to helping learners finish strong and confidently plan for future enrollments, and finds great fulfillment in encouraging students as they work toward their language goals.
Based in Pennsylvania, she lives with her husband and two children. Family time is often spent outdoors, enjoying activities such as camping, hiking, and beach trips. Outside of work and adventures in parenting, she enjoys unwinding with a good book and a great cup of coffee.
