Hello, my name is Tachfyn Taud,

I am a French/ Arabic instructor and have been a surf instructor for more than 10 years. I was born and raised in Tangier, Morocco, where my native languages are French and Arabic. Our Arabic dialect is Darija (a mix of Berber, Arabic, Spanish, and French) French is commonly spoken in the community and schools. Tangier is a multicultural city where I have the opportunity to meet and engage with people from all over the world. This has taught me to remain flexible and open-minded.

I discovered my love for teaching and working with students at the age of 15 at the Assilah Cultural Festival. I believe that teaching has different approaches depending on the different student body. I enjoy working with students formally in a school setting as well as informally through surfing and outdoor activities.
