Hello there! I’m a writer, screenwriter, editor, video gamer, musician, and language and literature expert. Although I’ve traveled the world, I’ve always lived in Mexico City, surrounded by the things I’m most passionate about: books, stories, and, of course, the Spanish language. I have published some fiction and fantasy books, and when I am not teaching, I am creating new stories. I have master’s and doctoral degrees in literature and have been teaching for more than fifteen years.

But beyond my academic credentials, I’m a curious person who can just as easily enjoy indie video games, a medieval poem, a K-pop song, or a zombie movie.
