Hello, my name is Rodrigo, and I’m looking forward to being your Spanish instructor! I’m from a town in Mexico near Guadalajara, Mexico’s second-largest city. I started teaching Spanish 10 years ago while traveling in Eastern Europe, and I absolutely love it. Since then, I’ve also done Spanish-English translation for the company where I worked while living in Canada and have taught courses in the history of literature to high school and college students here in Mexico. I hold my undergraduate degree in both History and Education, and I’m currently finishing my Master’s Degree online in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.

Aside from teaching, I like to read, travel, and play video games with my many nephews whenever they’re in town. I also enjoy watching soccer.

As your Spanish instructor, my goal is to help you learn as rapidly as possible and have fun in the process!
