Katherin R.
¡Hola! My name is Katherin Rodriguez, and I am thrilled to share my love for the Spanish language with you!
Born in Cuba and raised in a bilingual environment, I developed a deep appreciation for languages and cultural connections. I earned a degree in French Literature from the University of Havana, which enhanced my understanding of language, culture, and storytelling. Later, I mastered English as well, broadening my perspective on language learning and the beauty of communication across cultures.
With over six years of experience as a Spanish teacher, I strive to create engaging, student-centred lessons that make learning dynamic, interactive, and fun! I believe language learning goes beyond grammar and vocabulary—it’s about experiencing the culture, embracing real-life conversations, and building confidence.
Outside of teaching, I love discussing films and TV shows, as they offer a unique way to explore language, culture, and storytelling. Whether analysing a Spanish-language movie or chatting about the latest series, I enjoy incorporating these interests into my lessons to make learning more relatable and enjoyable.
I’m excited to embark on this learning journey with you and help you reach your Spanish language goals!
