Hello! I am from Brazil, and I love to learn about new cultures and the world around us. In Brazil, I got a degree in Portuguese and Spanish Education and taught both languages for some time. I have lived in the US for the past 6 years for another undergrad degree and my graduate studies in Portuguese Pedagogy. During my language teaching career, I taught many different students, from middle school to college, and I loved each of the moments I spent getting to know them and presenting a little more about the Portuguese world. I am an easygoing, patient, and caring teacher. I believe that learning a language is much more than only memorizing vocabulary and grammar, it is an opportunity to see the world through the lens of a different culture and learn from that. I am excited to share my love for Portuguese with you and help you speak and have fun learning this beautiful language!
