Hello! I am from Rome, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I am currently finalizing a PhD thesis in Italian contemporary literature at the University of Cambridge, and I have extensive experience as a language instructor, at both a secondary and post-secondary level. Teaching for me is a matter of a passion, not just a job. I enjoy creating personalized lessons, taking into account my students’ different interests and needs, as much as possible. I regard every student as a sort of universe per se. I profoundly love my own language, and words in general: I have been writing poems since when I was a child. I believe that by exploring a language, you can dive deep both into a new culture and into yourself at the same time. My lessons are generally very creative and interdisciplinary: you will be exploring the language from multiple perspectives and in the real world. Last but not least, you will be encouraged to experiment with a lot of new digital tools and
