Hello! My name is Jeanette and I am the Partner School Relations Manager. I am so happy to be a part of the LanguageBird community and help you on your language journey!

I have worked for the past ten years in international language schools in a variety of roles including International Student Advisor, Designated School Official, Teacher, and Center Director. I also taught English in Spain to high school students for one year. I have studied Spanish and speak Indonesian, as I grew up in Argentina and Indonesia. I majored in Art History and studied at American University in Washington, DC and the University of New Mexico. I also obtained my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification. I currently reside in the Los Angeles area.

I truly believe learning a new language will open so many doors for you, whether it be traveling to another country, being able to communicate with more people, or earning your foreign language credit so you can apply to your dream university!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two young children and husband either on the beach, mountains, or family farms. We also love trying the amazing foods LA has to offer, especially ice cream and donuts. I love reading books when time permits and listening to interesting podcasts.
