Hello! I was born and raised in Japan, and Japanese is my native language. Teaching has been my passion, and I have taught from kindergarten to high school for over seven years. I currently teach English at a middle school, but teaching Japanese is where my heart is. I have taught introductory, intermediate, as well as A.P. Japanese.
I live in Washington State with my husband, three children, and a dog named Ninja. In my spare time, I love to cook Japanese foods and sweets like sushi and mochi. My family is a huge sports fan; football and baseball are my favourite.
I am beyond excited to share Japanese language as well as culture. I truly believe having fun is an important part of learning, and we will have lots of fun while learning Japanese.
