Hello! I was born and raised in the historic city of Nazareth, situated in northern Israel. My heritage is Palestinian Arab, and my native dialect is Palestinian Levantine. I also grew up speaking Hebrew as a second language. I have spent the past 12 years teaching and developing content in Modern Standard Arabic and Levantine Arabic. I have taught students at different proficiency levels, prepared students for proficiency tests, and created content based on authentic material. One of the most rewarding and enjoyable moments of my career thus far have been spent in teaching my native language and sharing my culture with students. I believe that the language-learning experience should be creative and engaging for students, and I am eager to help you achieve your learning goals, while being immersed in a real-life and authentic experience. In my spare time, I enjoy painting, music, and traveling. I have traveled to many countries in Europe and the Middle East, and I have lived in different parts of the United States. Additionally, I lived in Japan for five years and had a chance to visit some surrounding countries. I look forward to having the opportunity to share my enthusiasm and love of my native language and culture with you in a fun and creative journey of learning.
